LEGAL · SPEAKERS & SPONSORS
Speaker and sponsor terms.
For confirmed speakers, moderators, contributors and organisations supporting Davos Assembly.
1. Confirmation and scope
Roles, benefits, access and responsibilities require written confirmation. An application or enquiry alone creates no speaker or sponsorship arrangement.
2. Materials and permissions
You retain ownership of your work and branding. Supply accurate information and materials you are entitled to share. Promotional use requires agreed permission.
3. Recording and publication
Recording, publication and reuse permissions are agreed before the relevant session. Applying does not grant unrestricted rights over your contribution.
4. Personal information
Information is handled under our privacy information. Contact details are used for administration; public biographies and logos require agreed approval.
5. Commercial arrangements
Fees, payments, expenses, cancellations and sponsor benefits must be specified in the confirmed agreement. No payment is taken through registration.
6. Changes and responsibilities
Notify the Assembly of material changes or rights concerns promptly. Revised arrangements require written agreement; silence is not approval.
7. Separate agreements
Specific signed agreements prevail over this general notice, including applicable law, disputes and liability provisions. Website submission does not constitute acceptance of a future agreement.
8. Questions and requests
For clarification, correction or removal requests, email hello@davosassembly.com.
