Information you provide

Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, organisation, role, enquiry type and message. Country or region is optional for enquiries.

The registration form collects your application type, name, email address, organisation or affiliation, role, country or region, programme interests and a description of your interest or contribution. You can also provide a telephone number, a professional profile link, intended attendance days and membership or social event preferences.

Speaker applications include a proposed topic and short professional biography, with an optional link to a previous talk. Delegation applications include the delegation name and an optional estimated size. Media applications include an outlet or publication and a link to published work. Please provide only information relevant to your application and avoid sensitive personal information or other people's personal details.

Purpose and storage

Submitted details are stored for handling your enquiry or reviewing your registration application and related Assembly planning. A submission reference, submission time and your agreement to the privacy information are recorded. Registration does not confirm event admission, an invitation or a speaking role. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The website uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure to serve its pages and store enquiries and applications. Submitted information is not displayed publicly. Technical information may be processed by the hosting service to operate and protect the website.

Registration notifications

When email notifications are enabled, application details are sent to the Assembly team at hello@davosassembly.com through Resend, the website's email delivery service. These notifications support application review and related participation administration. They do not publish your details or subscribe you to marketing. Applications remain stored if email sending is unavailable.

Optional preferences

Membership and social event preferences help plan future arrangements; they do not purchase a membership or reserve access. The attendee directory option records your interest in a possible directory. It does not publish your details. Any directory profile or sharing arrangements require separate confirmation.

Your agreement

The form asks for your agreement to use your submitted details to handle your enquiry or review your application and related participation arrangements. Confirmed attendance is communicated separately.

Cookies and website access

The website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use authentication or security mechanisms to manage access to the site.
